Absentee Ballot Request form

Boards of Elections in Ohio are not permitted to begin mailing out regular Absentee Ballots until October 11th for the November 7th General Election.

All Mail Absentee Ballot Request forms must be received by the Board of Elections no later than 8:30pm on October 31st.

The United States Postal Service estimates first class mail may take 3 to 5 days for delivery. Please keep this in mind when mailing election related materials.
